The children’s table spoon for LOVI was designed as a continuation of the collection, complementing the brand’s first feeding spoon. Its purpose is to support independent eating, while maintaining stylistic consistency with the initial spoon and other elements of the collection, including dishes and bibs.
The design balances the aesthetics of an adult table spoon with child-safe functionality. Its form, dimensions, and proportions closely resemble a standard adult spoon, though slightly smaller to allow a child to hold it comfortably and confidently. The material is food-safe, lightweight, and easy to clean.
As the second piece in the collection, following the first feeding spoon, this table spoon provides a smooth transition from assisted feeding to independent eating, introducing children to the ergonomics and design language of an adult dining experience.
The spoon is available in two colors, harmonizing with the rest of the collection to create a cohesive user experience. Every detail — from the proportions of the bowl to the shape of the handle — was designed with the child’s natural movements and developing independence in mind, ensuring both safety and usability.
